LARCHMONT TAVERN MEAT BALLS | |
2 lb. chopped beef 4 eggs 2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. granulated garlic 1/2 tsp. parsley 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese 1/2 loaf Italian bread Soak bread in cold water. Squeeze out water. Add other ingredients and roll into balls. Fry in sausage fat or bake at 350 degrees in greased pan for 1 hour. Serve with tomato sauce and spaghetti. |
