CHERRY NUT CAKE 
1 (9 oz.) Jiffy cake mix or 2 c. favorite chocolate batter
1 can cherry pie filling or your favorite
2 tbsp. butter

Mix cake mix according to directions, use 1-2 tablespoons of less water. Cut circle of wax paper, oil and fit into pie pan. Use butter to grease bottoms and sides of pan. Pour in pie filling and batter on top. Microwave for 9-12 minutes (70% power) high.

CHOCOLATE ICING FOR CAKE OR BROWNIES:

6 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 c. sour cream

Melt chocolate chips at (50% power) medium for 2-3 minutes, uncovered until soft. Mix with sour cream and spoon on cake or brownies.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
