CHICKEN AND BACON ROLL-UPS 
4 whole, boned, skinned chicken breasts
4 slices bacon, gently fried until limp
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
1/4 c. milk
1 can sliced mushrooms (optional)
3/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. white wine

Flatten chicken breasts. Place 1 piece of bacon, folded on breast and top with cheese. Roll chicken breast closed. Secure with toothpick. Combine remaining ingredients and pour into baking dish. Place chicken in sauce. Spoon sauce over chicken and use remaining cheese to top chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
