PETITE CHERRY CHEESE CAKES 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
24 vanilla wafers
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling

Beat cream cheese, eggs, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla until light and fluffy. Line small muffin pans with paper baking cups and place a vanilla wafer in each cup. Fill the cup 2/3 full with cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until set. Top each with about 1 tablespoon cherry pie filling. Chill. Makes about 2 dozen.
