8 to 10 potatoes, cooked and diced
3 hard cooked eggs, diced
1/2 c. diced cheese
1/4 c. diced green onions
3 tbsp. diced green pepper
1/4 c. diced pickles
1 tbsp. celery seed
1 can spam, diced
1/2 to 3/4 c. mayonnaise Hellmann's
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Garnish with paprika and serve on lettuce. 10 to 12 servings.
