BAKED STEW 
2 lbs. beef stew meat, cubed
1 c. celery, sliced
1 c. carrots, sliced
1 c. onions, sliced
1 can tomatoes
3 tbsp. tapioca (dry)
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. salt
3 tbsp. sherry

Combine all in large casserole cover and bake at 300 degrees for 5 hours. Very rich and easy. Good over noodles.
