CALICO CORN 
2 med. tomatoes, chopped
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. frozen corn
2 tbsp. mayonnaise

In saucepan, heat tomatoes. When juice develops around tomatoes, add green pepper and corn. Heat to boiling. Cover and simmer 5 minutes, until green pepper is tender and corn is cooked. Stir in mayonnaise, heat to boiling. Serve hot. 2 servings.
