CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
Onion to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tbsp. uncooked rice
1 can tomato soup
1 can V-8 juice (12 oz.)
1 can water
4 c. shredded cabbage

Brown the ground beef with onion, salt and pepper. Add the uncooked rice, tomato soup, juice and water. Simmer 10 minutes. Pour over shredded cabbage in casserole dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours. Tastes like cabbage rolls but so much easier.
