RUSSIAN FLUFF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
2 c. cooked rice
Salt and pepper
1 sm. pkg. frozen peas
2 cans tomato soup
1 can water
1/2 lb. bacon

Brown ground beef, onion, salt and pepper. In large casserole, mix ground beef, rice, soup, water and peas. Top with bacon, cut into 1-inch squares. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
