CREAMY RICE PUDDING 
1 at., less 1/4 c. homogenized milk
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. uncooked rice
2 egg yolks or 1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
Little cinnamon on top

Combine milk, sugar, salt, and rice. Boil; lower heat and let simmer 1 hour, stirring several times. Remove from stove. Add 1/2 cup pudding to beaten yolks. Cool milk. Pour the yolk mixture to pot of rice. Stir well. Add vanilla. Pour in medium bowl and cool. Raisins (1/4 cup) simmered about 2 minutes and dried in a towel may be folded in before serving.
