CREAMY RICE PUDDING | |
1 c. sugar 1 c. rice 1/2 gal. milk (reserve 1 c. of milk to use later) 1 egg 8 oz. marshmallows 1 tsp. vanilla Bring the sugar, rice and milk to a boil and simmer for 30-45 minutes or until the rice is tender. Then beat the 1 cup reserved milk with 1 egg and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Slowly pour this over the cooked rice mixture. |
