CREAMY RICE PUDDING 
3/4 c. heavy cream
1 1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. long rice
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla

In a saucepan combine cream and milk; bring to a boil. Add rice and simmer 20 minutes. In a bowl whisk egg, brown sugar together. Add 1/2 the rice a little at a time. Then add egg mixture to remaining rice in pan. Cook pudding over medium heat, stirring until thickened, but Do Not let boil. Stir in vanilla and serve. Makes 2 servings.
