OLD FASHIONED CREAMY RICE
PUDDING
 
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon or nutmeg
2 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. Sledso raisins

Combine all ingredients in top of double boiler. Cook covered over boiling water until rice is tender and milk is almost absorbed, 1 hour, stirring frequently. Serve warm with cream.
