PEANUT BUTTER CRUMB CAKE 
2 c. brown sugar
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
6 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter

Mix peanut butter, butter and flour. Add sugar (like pie dough). Take out 1/2 cup for topping. Add soda to buttermilk and add to remaining butter mixture, then beat in 1 egg at a time. Pour into a greased 9 x 12 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
