BUTTER CRUMB POTATOES 
Peeled & quartered potatoes
Melted butter
Bread or cracker crumbs
Salt & pepper to taste

Roll raw potatoes in melted butter then in crumbs. Place in baking dish, sprinkle with salt and pepper, drizzle with leftover butter. Bake at 350 degrees until fork tender. Make as many or few as you like.
