PRUNE BARS 
Mix in small container and set aside:

2/3 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. vegetable oil
1 1/4 c. apple juice

In largest bowl combine:

2 c. whole wheat flour
2 or 3 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 c. chopped dried prunes
2 c. seedless raisins
1 c. oatbran cereal (I use Common Sense Oak Flakes)
3 c. quick cooking oatmeal
1 c. chopped nuts

Add liquid mixture to dry ingredients. Mix with hands. Spray 9 x 13 inch baking dish with Pam. Put mixture in patting firmly with hands. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 20 minutes. Cool and cut into 24 bars.
