MOM'S CHERRY CHEESE CAKES 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
1 box vanilla wafers
1 can cherry pie filling

Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and eggs until smooth. Drop 1 vanilla wafer into cup cake liners. Then drop 1 tablespoon of mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool. Top with cherries.
