CONGO BARS 
2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. butter
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 2/3 c. plus 2 tbsp. flour
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips

Melt butter. Add brown sugar and vanilla, mix well and cool. Add eggs and beat well. Add dry ingredients and chips. Spread into greased 9 x 13 inch and 8 x 8 inch pans. Bake until light brown, 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
