NO COOK CUCUMBER PICKLES 
4 c. sugar
4 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. turmeric
1 tbsp. celery seed
1 tbsp. mustard seed
3 lg. onions
6 cucumbers

Stir first 6 ingredients until dissolved (do not heat). Add sliced onions and cucumbers. Cover and refrigerate. Stir once a day for 5 days. Place in jars and keep refrigerated. Can be kept for 1 year.
