EASY - NO COOK PICKLES 
5-7 c. cucumbers (sliced), unpeeled
1 c. sliced onions
1 c. chopped bell peppers
1 tbsp. salt
1 c. white vinegar
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. celery seeds

Using a plastic bowl, place sliced cucumbers, sliced onions, chopped peppers and salt into container. Let set 1 hour. Do not drain. Add vinegar, sugar and seeds. Mix together very well. Place in covered container or jar. Refrigerate. Eat when cold.
