ZUCCHINI BARS 
Frosting:

2 tbsp. butter
3 oz. cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar

Combine butter and cream cheese and mix well. Add vanilla. Beat in powdered sugar. Frost bars while warm.

Bars:

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix eggs and sugar, beat well. Add oil, beat and add remaining ingredients. Pour into 15 X 10 pan. Batter is thin.

Bake 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes until done.

May use raw carrots in place of zucchini. Note 2: May add drained crushed pineapple or raisins for variety.
