CHICKEN POT PIE 
1 fryer, cut up
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 chopped onion
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can mixed vegetables

CRUST:

1 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. milk

Boil chicken with salt, pepper and onion added to water until tender. Remove meat from bone. Place in 2 quart casserole dish. Add soup, 1 cup of the chicken broth and vegetables; mix well.

Make crust. Roll out. Place on casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until browned. You can cook chicken in crock pot while you're at work if necessary. Canned biscuits can be used for crust.
