1 box yellow or white cake mix (or with pudding)
1 stick butter, very soft
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lb. box powdered sugar (3 3/4 c.)
2 eggs
1 c. pecan pieces

Mix together the cake mix, butter and 1 egg. Press into 9x13 pan (11x15 for thinner bars). Mix the cream cheese, sugar and eggs. Pour over cake mix. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake for 40 minutes at 325 degrees.
