MOROCCAN VEGETABLES 
1 c. chopped onion
2 c. chopped celery
2 c. carrots
2 c. cabbage
2 c. green pepper

Saute in butter, onions, pepper, celery, and carrots for 3 minutes. Add cabbage and continue stirring for 3 minutes longer. Sprinkle immediately with lemon juice, salt, pepper, Accent and saffron (herb) seasoning. If necessary to prepare ahead of time, reduce cooking time 1 minute and stir over heat 1 minute before serving.

If possible, use vegematic or cut all vegetables same size. Keep adding seasoning to taste. I use McCormick's Herb Seasoning. It is a pretty dish; crisp and chewy when served immediately.
