SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. sausage bologna
1 pkg. frozen mixed veggies
2 apples, peeled & wedged
Butter
Pepper
1 c. tomato juice
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 tsp. dried thyme
1/3 tsp. oregano

Slice and half bologna, saute until brown. Add veggies, apples and pepper. Add tomato juice with ketchup. Bring to a boil and add spices and cover. Simmer 15 minutes.
