SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. frozen cleaned shrimp
6 oz. crab meat
3 chopped green onions
1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain wild rice (UNCLE BEN'S®)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. buttered bread crumbs

Cook shrimp as directed on package. Thaw crab meat. Cook rice as directed. Mix all ingredients except bread crumbs which are sprinkled on top of the casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
