SEAFOOD CASSEROLE | |
12 oz. crabmeat (fresh or frozen) 12 oz. shrimp 1 onion 4 green onions 1 green pepper 2 stalks celery Salt & pepper 1/2 lb. mushrooms 1 c. mayonnaise 3/4 c. bread crumbs 1 c. milk 3/4 c. cooked rice If you use fresh seafood poach in water first then drain. Chop the onion, green pepper and green onions and celery; mix well. With shrimp and crabmeat. Slice the mushrooms and add all ingredients. Place in a buttered baking dish and bake in oven preheated to 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Serves 8. |
