SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1 med. bell pepper
1 c. celery, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. raw rice, cooked
1 lb. white crab meat
1 lb. shrimp (raw)
Bread crumbs

Cook rice and mix all ingredients. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. (May be used as a cold dish by adding cooked, rather than raw, shrimp.) Delete bread crumbs. Refrigerate.
