1 pkg. boneless chicken strips 1 sm. onion 2 garlic cloves 1 can stewed tomatoes Oregano Parmesan cheese Butter Linguini Chop onions and garlic. Saute in butter. Add chicken and cook until opaque, approximately 5 minutes each side. Add stewed tomatoes and oregano. Cover and let simmer for 15 minutes. Add Parmesan cheese. Poor over linguini and serve. Serves 4 adults. |
