MACARONI - SHRIMP SALAD 
3 lb. elbow macaroni
3 lb. cooked shrimp
1 1/2 lb. American cheese, diced
2 c. French dressing
3 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. white pepper
2 tsp. salt

Cook macaroni according to directions on package. Drain; rinse with cold water. Drain again. Combine macaroni with shrimp, cheese and French dressing; marinate several hours, stirring occasionally. Add celery, onion, green pepper, mayonnaise and seasonings to shrimp mixture. Chill. Serve on crisp lettuce leaves. Yield: 24 servings.
