MACARONI AND SHRIMP SALAD 
1 lb. box elbow macaroni1 1/2 c. chopped shrimp

Mix in large bowl:

1 tsp. Crisco oil
2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Dash of parsley
1 tsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. chopped celery

Mix well. Then add a cup or more of mayonnaise. Mix again. Add more salt if necessary, then spoon in cooked macaroni cold. Shredded carrots to add color (optional).
