CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 c. uncooked Minute rice 2 cans cream of mushroom soup or 1n can mushroom and 1 can cream of celery 1 lg. frying chicken, cut into serving pieces 1 pkg. onion soup mix Mix together rice, soups and mix. Put into 3-quart greased casserole. Place chicken on top, skin sides down and salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 250 degrees uncovered for 3 hours or until done. |
