CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 c. rice, uncooked
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 cans water
8 pieces frying chicken
1/2 c. melted butter
Salt and pepper to taste

In greased casserole place the rice and pour soups on top, mixed water. Stir. Roll the chicken in the butter and place on top of the rice mixture. Add salt and pepper. Bake at 275 degrees for 2 1/2 hours.
