CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked chicken breast, chopped
1 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. diced celery
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. milk
1 - 1 1/2 c. fried onion rings/Italian bread crumbs
1 can cream of chicken soup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix soup, milk and mayonnaise. Add cooked rice, celery and chicken. Put mixture in 9x9 casserole dish lightly greased or sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle onions or bread crumbs on top. Bake 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
