1 (16 oz.) loaf frozen bread dough, thawed 4 oz. cheddar cheese, cut into 32 (1/2 oz.) cubes (Colby cheese may also be used) 2 tbsp. butter, melted Cut bread dough into 32 equal pieces. Place 1 cheese cube in center of each dough piece, shaping dough into a ball around cheese. Pinch dough to seal. Dip dough balls into butter. Layer dough balls, seam side up in a greased bundt pan. Cover and let rise in a warm place (85 degrees) free from drafts, 30 to 40 minutes or until doubled in bulk. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Invert onto serving platter. Serve warm. |
