1 lb. hamburger, brown and drain 1 lb. American cheese 2 sm. cans chopped green chilies 1 can El Paso enchilada sauce, hot or mild Heat all ingredients until cheese is completely melted. Stores well in refrigerator. Serve with corn chips or Doritos. Put in fancy jar or bowl and give as a hostess gift. |
