MACARONI AND CHEESE 
4 c. macaroni
Approx. 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Approx. 1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella or Swiss cheese
Sprinkle of Parmesan cheese
1/2 stick butter
Approx. 1 can of undiluted canned milk

Cook macaroni according to package directions. Layer macaroni and both kinds of cheese in baking dish. Also add small slices of butter. With each layer, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on tops. Continue layering until dish is almost full. Pour milk over all. Bake at 300 degrees for 1/2 hour. Serves 8-10.
