TATERTOT HOT DISH FOR A CROWD 
9 (50 oz.) cans cream of chicken or mushroom soup
8 single pkgs. Lipton Onion (dry) Soup Mix
1 (42 oz.) box instant rice
6 (No. 10) cans mixed vegetables, drained (save liquid)
9 (4 lb.) bags tater tots
60 lbs. ground beef

Brown beef, drain. In large kettle put in cream soup, onion soup, two - 50 ounce cans of water (use liquid from vegetables also). Add rice to ground beef; add vegetables into beef. Stir soup mixture into ground beef. Put tater tots on top. Bake 350 degrees until tater tots are brown; for about 90 minutes.

Serves 250.
