1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can water
1 pkg. tater tots

Brown meat with onion, salt and pepper. Place in casserole and add remaining ingredients. Top with tater tots. Bake 45 minutes in 350 degree oven.
