1 (6 oz.) pkg. Stove Top Chicken Flavor Stuffing Mix 1/4 c. butter, cut in pieces 1 1/2 c. hot water 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup 1 c. milk 3 c. cut up chicken or turkey (about 16 oz.) 1 (10 oz.) pkgs. Birds Eye mixed Vegetables Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place contents of vegetable/seasoning packet (from stuffing mix) and butter in a bowl. Add hot water; stir to partially melt butter. Add stuffing crumbs. Stir gently to mix. Mix soup and milk in a 2 quart casserole dish. Stir in chicken and vegetables. Spoon stuffing over chicken mixture. Bake for 45 minutes until hot and bubbly. |
