1 1/4 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. butter
1 sm. onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 1/2 cans water
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. pkg. Kluski noodles
6 oz. American cheese
4 c. cubed chicken or turkey

Saute celery and onion in butter. Boil noodles 20 minutes and drain. Add cheese and all other ingredients. Makes 1 large bowl. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 8.
