PITTSBURGH POTATOES AND SAUCE 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk

Combine and cook until thickened. 1 onion, chopped 1 c. cheese, grated

Parboil potatoes for 15 minutes. Drain. Combine with other ingredients and sauce. Place in a glass baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
