PERFECT POTATOES & MUSHROOM
SAUCE
 
2-3 potatoes, peeled, cooked & sliced thin
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. green peppers, chopped (optional)
1/4 c. French fried onion rings

Blend ingredients with potatoes in casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
