CHILI FOR A RAINY DAY 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 med. onions, chopped
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 lg. can peeled tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
1 lg. can kidney beans
Salt & pepper to taste
2 heaping tbsp. chili pepper
A pinch of cayenne pepper
A pinch of paprika

Brown ground beef in skillet, drain fat and put in crock pot. Add all other ingredients. Cook on low for about 8 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve with grated cheddar cheese on top. Makes about 8 servings.
