BRAN MUFFIN 
1 1/4 c. all purpose flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. Kellogg's All Bran Cereal
1 1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. raisins (optional)

Sift together flour, sugar, salt and baking powder; set aside. In large mixing bowl, combine All Bran cereal and milk. Let stand 3 minutes or until cereal softens. Add egg and oil; mix well.

Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined. Portion batter evenly into 12 lightly greased 2 1/2 inch muffin pan cups (or 6 Texas size muffin pan cups).

Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes or until lightly brown. Serve warm.
