3 c. grated medium sharp cheddar cheese
1 lg. jar pimiento, chopped
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. mayonnaise (add more for easier spreading)
Salt & pepper to taste

This mixes well in food processor. It can be mixed with electric mixer or by hand. All ingredients should be at room temperature for best mixing.
