2/3 lb. mild cheddar cheese, grated 1/3 lb. Swiss cheese, grated 1 (4 oz.) jar pimientos, chopped & well drained 1 tbsp. sugar Dash of salt Dash of white pepper Dash of garlic powder Dash of Tabasco (opt.) Mayonnaise to moisten (approx. 1 c.) Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Keeps well for several days in refrigerator. |
