MEXICAN SALAD 
1/2 head lettuce, chopped
1 tomato, diced
1 onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 tbsp. chili powder
Salt & pepper to taste
1 med. pkg. corn chips

Combine the lettuce, tomato and onion. Saute the ground beef until lightly browned, then add the tomato sauce, chili powder, salt and pepper. Cook until flavors are blended. Pour beef mixture over salad and toss. Add the corn chips and toss lightly. Serve immediately. 6 servings.
