CHILI TOFU-NOODLE CASSEROLE | |
8 oz. tofu 2 c. cooked macaroni 1 tbsp. vegetable protein powder 1 tbsp. Braggs liquid amino 10 1/2 oz. can condensed cream of celery soup 1/2 c. bread crumbs 1 tbsp. wheat germ 1 tbsp. nutritional yeast 2 tbsp. parsley flakes 2 tbsp. chili powder Combine all ingredients, except bread crumbs. Pour mixture into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Pour melted butter over the bread crumbs and toss gently in a small bowl. Sprinkle bread crumbs over the mixture. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 40 minutes. Serves 4 to 6. |
