2 cans pinto beans 2 cans diced tomatoes 1 pkg. egg noodles 1 clove garlic or garlic salt 1 sm. onion 1 tsp. cumin 1 tsp. chili powder Parmesan cheese Cook egg noodles. In frying pan, simmer onion, garlic, tomatoes, cumin, chili powder, and pinto beans, drained. In a 2-quart casserole dish, put egg noodles on bottom. Put all remaining ingredients on top of egg noodles. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Serves 6. |
